After a slow start in the Bay, the fishing in the second half of the month has been getting better by the day. Lots of fluke this year but still not a lot of keepers. After a very slow month of porgy fishing the jumbo porgy’s finally arrived. Weakfish are around but not plentiful and hopefully that will change as well. The bluefish usually arrive by the end of May and now they are around as well which spices up the fun.
